Reburger’s story began in April 2021 as a pop-up concept near Piazza Santo Spirito, Florence. The goal was twofold: 1) to provide a viable alternative to the existing burger shops in Florence, and 2) to distinguish ourselves through our attention to detail. We have differentiated ourselves by working with fresh and genuine ingredients, by choosing our partners carefully, but above all by creating an environment that brings together art lovers, in all its forms: from florists to bookworms, tattoo appreciators to music aficionados! In fact, Reburger has completely detached itself from the definition of a classic Florentinian restaurant. Industrial, almost brutalist architecture clashses with the Renaissance setting that the city provides. All 3 of the business’ owners have had a creative calling at some point in their lives, thus the concept of fusing art and cuisine came to them naturally.
Reburger offers not one, not two, but three vegetable patties on the menu. All of which are made in-house without using conservatives – “Fresh” is our middle name.
